Thanks to the small size of the files (70 x 25 mm) you can carry them with you in your pocket. Put them on the <a href=\"https:\/\/newmoonflex.spazioak07.it\/en\/prodotto\/minituner-87-2-2\/\">87<\/a>\u00b0 or <a href=\"https:\/\/newmoonflex.spazioak07.it\/en\/prodotto\/minituner-88\/\">88<\/a>\u00b0 Minituner square and use them with a little snow.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"h5 mb-0\">How to sharpen the edges?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Check the condition of the edges and the base<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Wet<\/strong> the Moonflex file and run it on the edges (help with Minituner Handle). Make sure the entire surface of the edge is filed.<\/li>\n<li>Start using <strong>grit 100<\/strong> (the black file)<\/li>\n<li>Use Moonflex with grit 200-400-600-1500 <strong>gradually increasing<\/strong> the grit until mirror-like surface is achieved.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sharpen the edges by yourself<\/strong> after each ski session and ask a professional <strong>ski-man<\/strong> at least once a year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"h5 mb-0\">Recommendations<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Moonflex diamond files<\/strong> must be used wet, spraying a mixture composed of 50% water and 50% alchool directly on the tool while used. If used on ski slopes, a little bit of snow would be enough to keep the file wet. <strong>Never use the file when dry!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Do not use Moonflex freehand. Always use a proper tool to keep the file in position, <strong>perfectly stable and flat<\/strong>. <strong>Minifile files<\/strong> can be used with Minituner Handle.<\/p>\n<p>After use, we recommend cleaning Moonflex with <strong>a brass brush<\/strong> and the same <strong>water\/alcohol<\/strong> mixture used while sharpening the edge. Place your ski on a <strong>workbench<\/strong> and use the Professional files with <strong>angled squares<\/strong> according to the performance you wish to achieve. Do not use Moonflex freehand. Always use a proper tool to keep the file in position, perfectly stable and flat.<\/p>\n<p>Preparation and finishing of the edges should be done by following this procedure: prepare the side angle of ski using Moonflex grit 100 (black), then moving on to the other grits (200-400-600-1500) <strong>to obtain a mirror finish<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>After use, we recommend cleaning Moonflex with <strong>a brass brush<\/strong> and the same <strong>water\/alcohol<\/strong> mixture used while sharpening the edge.
